If we had to define this type of music we could say that it was more or less « New Wave » New Wave emerged in the late 1970's. It was a subgenre of rock music, which incorporated aspects of electronic, experimental music, disco, rock and 1960s pop music. It incorporated much of the original punk rock sound but it was characterized by greater complexity in both music and lyrics. That song was the first to be broadcasted on the channel « MTV »

Times

Don't Forget that the Rubik's Cube was created in 1974 ! Isn't that fun ! In the mid-70, new sounds invaded the dancefloors of nightclubs. Phenomenon Disco gave emphasis on the rhythm and the United States exported it in Europ. On the artistic scene, the 70's ended with the deaths of popular rock stars like Jimi Hendrix , Janis Joplin and Jim Morrinson (USA). At this time, their garnment was pretty eccentric, it was not unusual to see bands wearing strange colour combination...The 70's are synonymous with EXTREME. The Buggles played as a group in November 2004 during a concert to comemorate Trevor Horn's career .
